What is LEAD and how does it work?

In today’s rapidly changing world, it is not only important that leaders have the right knowledge and technical expertise; they also need to have the skills to inspire, develop and implement change in their teams. LEAD is a personal leadership program that offers organizations the opportunity to create a tailor-made solution for their unique development needs.

LEAD is run by 2 facilitators. The program consists of 1 standard day (the ‘base’ module) which can be expanded with up to 7 other modules, depending on the needs of the organization.

LEAD is most effective when the modules are held with an interval of 2-3 weeks. This way we keep momentum and give leaders the time and opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills in the workplace, between the modules

We recommend you provide coaching on top of the modules from within your organization. If that is not possible, we can facilitate this.

The LEAD target audience are intact leadership teams or leaders from different parts of an organization. The minimum group size is 8 participants.

What sets this program apart?

  • The program is flexible, as you can choose from 7 modules. No unnecessary modules = no unnecessary costs.
  • The program can be facilitated in Dutch or English.
  • The two facilitators are not ‘trainers’ but seasoned experts. Both have supported and coached managers, from leaders in startups to leaders in global organizations. Both have also managed teams themselves and therefore speak from experience.
  • LEAD offers a unique combination of introspection in combination with clear and practical exercises.
  • Leaders bring a work challenge into the program – this is advanced during the program so that the participant and the organization can see immediate results.
  • All models and tools are academically proven.
  • The program is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and has already been completed by more than 1000 participants worldwide.
